Homes and Estates Consultancy Services began operations in 1998 and has grown into one of Goa's most respected property consultancy firm.

With the varied experience gathered over the years in the field and a database of over 12,000 properties on sale – Indo-Portuguese houses, Goan houses, modern villas, apartments, shops, godowns, plots, lease and rentals -  we have become the most reliable place people look for, when buying property. We have been featured on BBC, NDTV and various national and international newspapers and magazine like Sunday Times and The Telegraph, London, Economic Times, Mumbai, Daily Telegraph,Calcutta, to name a few.

Our team comprises of qualified personnel in various fields, manning the Customer Care department (indoor and outdoor sales),  Legal Department, Database Department and of course the Technology department. Besides, we have a very active and eminent Legal/Architectural Panel, which includes experts in the respective fields. Our sister concern, FinDoll Publications, publishes various Goa-centric magazines since 1993, the most popular among them being "Homes & Estates", Goa's only Property & Builbing Trade Guide.
